Elevation of advocates as Judges .. is this right or wrong ??

Hi guys

I dnt know whether you people will like my this topic or not but i will share my thinking with you that " WHY ADVOCATES ARE ELEVATED AS JUDGES IN INDIAN JUDICIARY"
Some of last years we heard that number of advocates are elevated as judges in High court of a state. I was not able to setup my mind according to this policy of government.
We know that advocate are not 100% true. In my vision there is no such an advocate who only fights for the truth. In the career of every advocate he knows that he is fighting for the person who had done sin. In the time during court period every avocate try to escape the wrong person from the actual justice.

AT last i would like to say that " GOVERNMENT SHOULD NOT EAT LIZAARD WITH OPEN EYES"
